DETAIL SPECIFICATION
VALVE, HOSE ASSEMBLY, AND ADAPTER, VENT AND TEST HYDRAULIC
SERVICE, GENERAL SPECIFICATION FOR
This specification is approved for use by the Naval Sea Systems Command, Department of the Navy, and is
available for use by all Departments and Agencies of the Department of Defense.
1. SCOPE
1.1 Scope. This specification covers vent and test valves, hose assemblies, and adapters suitable for hydraulic
service to a maximum operating pressure of 310 bars [4,500 pounds per square inch (lb/in2)].
1.2 Classification. Vent and test valves, hose assemblies, and adapters are furnished in the configuration and
